A contract between us is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation email.
All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. We accept online payments by card and Paypal.

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

We are not liable for spoilage or deterioration caused by incorrect storage, failure to follow instructions, or failure to consume within the stated shelf life.
8. Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
You may return any unopened and unused food product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described:
Contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and details.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
